Women's Enterprise Skills Training of Windsor, Inc. (WEST) exists to provide training for severely employment disadvantaged visible minority women in order to improve their employability in the workforce and/or to further their education.

WEST, a dynamic, community-based training organization, has been working to improve the employability of visible minority women in Windsor and Essex County since 1987.

 

WEST is committed to meeting the employment skills development needs of visible minority and newcomer women in Windsor and Essex County.

 

WEST programs and services address individual and group needs relating to enhancing employability and self-sufficiency.

Building on our organizational strengths, WEST has been successful in offering dynamic services to the unemployed while maintaining its commitment to providing quality services for participants.
