Are you a newcomer to Canada? If so, there are many things that WEST's Immigrant Settlement and Adaptation Program ( ISAP) and Newcomer Settlement Program ( NSP) can offer to you.

Every year, WEST assists a significant number of women and their families settle into their new lives in Canada, while helping them to develop a sense of belonging.

We offer a range of no-cost services aimed at supporting newcomers to live independently within the community, including:

newcomer orientation
one-on-one counseling
settlement workshops
social and recreational activities

WEST Settlement Services help immigrant women and their families throughout stages of their settlement. We understand the challenges of adjusting to a new language, a new culture and new surroundings. That's why we work closely with you and your family to help you settle into your new life.
